A moving quote should tell you exactly what you are paying for before the crew arrives. If the document only shows “villa move — AED 2,800” or “full moving service — AED 3,500,” you still do not know how that figure was built.

The document should also contain a short exclusions section.

- additional storage;

- work requested after the agreed scope has been completed.
This section should not be hidden in vague wording.
